The Successfactors

The project will be monitored at regular intervals through a “Project Advisory Committee (PAC)” constituted with the President of Goah as convener/member secretary. Authorities from the Funding Agency, Local District Administration etc., will be nominated as members to the project advisory committee. This committee would meet periodically once in 3 months and advise on various aspects concerning implementation of project and review of the programs/activities undertaken. The Project Advisory Committee will also review the accounts and audited statements.

Progress and results are documented regularly for communication to contributors. We expect to send quarterly operational report about the progress of the project, every after three months and a comprehensive report will be sent every after six months covering; financial reports, project activities so that the participating donors can review how the donations given are used in accordance with the vision of Goah.

Progress and performance of a specific project can communicated to grant providers and major donors via the interim evaluation and final evaluation. Interim evaluation includes details of the progress of overall operations and the summary of financial reports for overall operations. Interim evaluation also contains donor specific detail report which details the progress in regards to the specific projects a donor is funding or contributing. If there are slowdowns or barriers, they will be identified and accompanied by proposed resolutions. Upon completion of a funded improvement or project, a final evaluation is submitted to the funding agency. If any special reporting is required beyond the interim evaluations and final evaluation, donors can specify their requirements so that Goah should be ready to comply.
